6 STEPS TO A GREAT ORDER!

Follow these simple steps to get started on your custom design order:

 

Step 1: Get in Touch with an Order

Start by reaching out to us through an order, contact form, email, or phone. Tell us briefly about your idea, the products you’re interested in, and any other info you may have in mind. If you’re not sure what you need, no problem! Our team of expert designers will be happy to help you choose the right products and create a concept that fits your brand.

 

Step 2: Share Your Ideas & Requirements

Once we’ve connected, we’ll ask for more details to make sure your custom designs are exactly what you’re envisioning. This could include:

  • Logo or Brand Guidelines: If you already have a logo or brand identity, send it to us when ordering a specific product! If not, we can help design one. Start by visiting the custom art page.  
  • Preferred Colors & Style: Share any color schemes, design styles, or specific elements you’d like included (nautical themes, water-inspired graphics, etc.).
  • Product Details: Let us know what type of promotional products you want to design (e.g., t-shirts, hats, banners, koozies, etc.).
  • Quantity & Sizes: Specify how many items you need and sizes (if applicable), so we can provide an accurate quote.
 
 

 

Step 3: Concept Design & Digital Proofing

Our creative team will get to work on your design proof! Within 3-5 business days, we’ll send you an initial concept for your review. This is your chance to see your ideas come to life and suggest any revisions or adjustments. We offer several revisions to ensure the design is exactly what you want.

 

Step 4: Final Approval & Order Confirmation

Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll send you a final version for approval. After you approve the design, we’ll confirm the details of your order—quantity, pricing, and production timeline.

 

Step 5: Production & Delivery

Once everything is finalized, we’ll begin production on your custom boating promotional products. Our team ensures that the designs are applied with precision and quality. We work with trusted manufacturers and suppliers to ensure fast turnaround times and premium results.

We’ll notify you as soon as your items are ready to ship, and provide tracking information so you can stay updated on your order’s status.
